I’m the last person in the world to try new things. Call me Mr. Skeptical, yep that’s me. Not a creature of change. That was until I met Bender Ball.
I have been hooked for over three years, I can’t believe it myself, I have never given any exercise program a chance for that long. Not weight lifting nor jogging and certainly not swimming. I still visit the pool, go for a run and lift weights but not on a regular schedule.And, when I did do these exercises, I would do them for a few months and then stop, wait a few months or years as is the case in biking and start again.
Bender Ball has been a whole different experience for me. It has become a part of my life that I can actually say that I will never quit, ever. I been successful because I have been consistent and I have able to be consistent because I spend less time working out. It is that simple. It’s definitely about the time it takes me to get through the Bender Ball method. I am done before I know it- within a few minutes it is over and I have gone through the whole Bender fitness routine.
